Crown:

Reference Pictures:

Supplies:
Knife
Clay
Gold Paint (metallic if you can find it)
Red Nail Polish
Glue (Epoxy or hot glue)
Strings (2 tied together) NOT YARN (It leaves little fuzzies everywhere

Instructions:
Using Polymer/Air dry clay cut in diamonds.
Layout: (8) (Center) (8)
Add an extra piece of clay to the back to attach the string.
Paint diamonds gold while still damp to make the colour stick better.
Create a small ball of clay, cut it in half
glue it (Hot glue sometimes works, but epoxy glues work best) onto the center piece.
Paint the circle only with red nail polish so that it gives the clay piece a more 'Gem-Like' look.
Tie the string in the back and blend in the excess string with your hair or wig.

Earrings:

Reference Picture:

Supplies:
Polymer Clay or Air Dry Clay
Knife
Earring Hooks
Gold Paint (Metallic if possible)

Instructions:
Roll our clay and cut out 2 triangles. (You can use your first one as a template for the second one)
Cut out a small triangle in the center going the opposite way. You're trying to create a Triforce.
Make the bottom of the right side up Triforce is thin enough so that the earring hook can go through when the clay is dry.
Apply a layer of gold paint to the front side up.
Let that dry and then apply the other side.
Touch up the paint.
Add the earring hooks.
IMPORTANT NOTE: CLEAN EARRING HOOKS BEFORE WEARING THEM.
(Isopropyl Alcohol woks great for this)

Armour:

Reference Pictures:

Side note: I also did mine freehand, but if you need to print out the template (Attached to this note) feel free to. It's simple, bit It'll give you the basic shape of the shoulder pieces.

Supplies:
Marker
Hot Glue
Hot Glue Gun
Foam Boards (3 is what I used, but feel free to use more if you need)
String or chain (2 even pieces)

Instructions:
Use reference pictures for this! THEY ARE KEY FOR THIS PART!
Cut out 2 shoulder pieces. (Use printed template if needed)
Cut out 'necklace' (a long trapezoid in the center with 2 small ones on either side)
Take leftover pieces of foam and use sticky back or glue to attach them around the sides of the shoulder pieces so that there is a 'border' around it. This step adds more of a 3D effect to the armour.
Heat up hot glue gun and trace the sides of the trapezoids to give them the 3D effect that the shoulder pieces have from the foam border.
Using a marker, trace an upside down Triforce on the long Trapezoid, then go over that with hot glue.
After the hot glue cools down, paint over the 2 shoulder pieces, 2 small trapezoids, and the one big trapezoid in gold metallic paint.
Apply as many coats as you need.
Poke holes in the shoulder pieces and thread through the string or chain.
Take the 'necklace' pieces and hot glue them to the string or chain in this order: (Small) (Big) (Small)
Poke a hole in each of the backs of the shoulder pieces.
Attach the string or chain.
After creating the cape (Instructions below), attach that as well using safety pins.

Cape:

Reference Pictures:

Supplies:
White fabric
Armour pieces (Tutorial above)
Safety pins
Small rubber bands or loom bands

Instructions:
Measure the fabric and cut it so that it's the same length as the skirt (instructions below)
Bunch up the top corner and put a rubber band around it.
Do the same to the other corner.
Pin the banded corners to the shoulder pieces.
Try on the entire piece and adjust it if necessary to make sure that it fits correctly.

Circle Skirt Tutorials:
(When using these tutorials, keep in mind to make sure that your skirt is longer than the ones in the tutorials, which are knee length. It should be a floor-length gown)

How to get your measurements:
(I prefer this app:)

If you don't want to use the app: (This one also includes bust measurements)

Supplies:
White fabric
Measuring tape
Yard Stick
Scissors
Red Acrylic Paint
Textile Medium (Folkart brand is what I use)
Marker or Sharpie
Elastic waistband or just plain Elastic
Needle
Thread
Sewing machine (if you have one. Mine broke and won't stop making rosettes so I did this WHOLE SKIRT BY HAND -_-)
Old Newspaper
Clear Nail Polish

Help with Textile Medium:

Instructions:
Take your measurements using the app link listed above.
Follow one of the circle skirt tutorials listed above. (This just saved me time so that I could be lazy and not type all of that out)
After your skirt is completely finished, turn it right-side-out and lay it flat on the newspaper.
Next take out your Textile Medium and Red Acrylic Paint.
Mix half Textile Medium and half Paint. (Measurements may vary depending on the paint)
Paint ONE red stripe a few inches above bottom of the skirt.
Let paint dry.
I usually iron whatever I paint with this mixture so that it holds colour better. (Just follow the directions on the bottle of the Textile Medium that you're using.)
Along the bottom of the skirt, there could be fraying so paint the very edge with clear nail polish. This will serve as the hem. (You could also hem it if you want to. for me and my lack of sewing machine, this was easiest.)

Top and Tabard:

Reference pictures:

Bust Measurement Help:
*When taking measurements, add an extra few inches just to be safe*

Supplies:
Purple fabric (Not too dark, not too light. Be selective when picking fabrics.)
Needle
Thread
Sewing machine (Yet again, if you are more fortunate than me)
Textile Medium
Light Purple acrylic paint
Silver acrylic paint
Black acrylic paint
Blue acrylic paint

Instructions:
Using the Reference pictures along with your measurements (Make sure you have enough fabric for the front and back) Cut out the appropriate pieces (front and back).
Front: Longer side
Back: Shorter side.
Pin them together inside out.
Begin sewing them to one another.
Turn the garment right-side-out and try it on, making sure that it fits.
If it doesn't, go back and resew the tight areas.
If it does, lay out the front side (the tabard) on some old newspaper.
Mix your paints with the textile medium in the disposable cups, following the instructions on the textile medium bottle.
Using the reference pictures paint the designs onto the tabard.
Let the mixture dry (normally takes over 24 hours), and then iron over it to lock in the colour.
Go over the edges of the fabric that you trimmed with clear nail polish to hem it. (You could hem it if you wanted to, but due to my lack of sewing machine, I did this easier method instead)

Gloves:
*I actually bought these, due to my laziness, they're actually pretty nice and a reasonable price.*

Belt:

Reference Pictures:

Supplies:
Teal belt or fabric
Measuring tape
Scissors
Velcro
Snaps
Needle
Thread
Sewing Machine
Clear Nailpolish

gold paint

Instructions:
Using the reference pictures, create the shapes for the belt accessories (gold pieces and details) out of polymer clay.
Paint those gold, while the clay is still damp.
(for teal fabric) Measure your waist, adding a few extra inches so that the snaps or velcro (choose the one you like best, personally I like velcro)
Hem the edges with clear nail polish or with a sewing machine.
Begin gluing the accessories to the belt following the reference pictures.
